While we are not an official UEFA reseller, we have access to tickets at preferential prices. Your entry to the event is 100% guaranteed, or you'll receive a full refund no later than 3 days before the event begins.
Once your purchase is complete, you can immediately submit your personal details (full name, email, and ID or passport number) to finalize your ticket. Every night after midnight (Central European Time), all submitted ticket orders are forwarded to UEFA for digital issuance. Final tickets—including seat numbers—are issued directly by UEFA and can be added to your UEFA Mobile App. Delivery timing may vary slightly depending on UEFA's processing, but rest assured your entry is 100% guaranteed, or your money will be refunded no later than 3 days before the event.
Once a ticket purchase is confirmed by us and UEFA, it is generally non-refundable. However, in rare cases, we may issue a refund—only if UEFA has not yet finalized the ticket and the visitor has not added it to the UEFA Mobile App. If the event is officially rescheduled by the host, a full refund may be granted regardless of ticket status.

Yes, tickets are fully transferable. After purchase, each ticket is personalized with the visitor’s full name, email, and ID or passport number.
